DMCA Notice & Takedown
Clyverr respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on Clyverr infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@clyverr.com containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on Clyverr that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL).
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
We will respond within 7 business days, including removal of the material if the notice is valid.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe in error, send a counter-notice to hello@clyverr.com. We will forward it to the original complainant; the content may be restored within 10–14 days unless they file suit.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Listings sourced from third parties
Listings displayed on Clyverr are aggregated from public sources (e.g. Carvana, Cars.com, Craigslist). If you are a seller and want a specific listing removed from our index, email hello@clyverr.com with the listing URL — we will remove it within 7 days, no DMCA notice required.
