Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clyverr ("we", "us", "the Service"), a search aggregator and AI-powered analytics tool for used vehicle listings. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What Clyverr is — and is not
Clyverr aggregates publicly available used-vehicle listings from third-party sources (e.g. Carvana, Cars.com, Craigslist, CarGurus) and applies AI analysis to help you compare deals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those third parties. We do not sell vehicles, broker transactions, or hold inventory.
2. Information accuracy
- Prices, mileage, photos, and specifications are pulled from third-party sources and may be out of date or incorrect. Always verify directly with the seller before a transaction.
- AI Analysis (deal score, pros/cons, red flags) is an estimate generated by machine learning models. It is not professional advice, not a guarantee of vehicle condition, and not a substitute for a pre-purchase inspection.
- Vehicle history flags (accidents, owners, title status) reflect what the source displayed at scrape time. Run an independent CARFAX or AutoCheck before purchase.
3. Affiliate disclosure (FTC)
Some links and call-to-action buttons (e.g. "Get a CARFAX report", "Check financing") are affiliate links. If you click and purchase, Clyverr may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which listings we show or how we rank them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically download Clyverr at scale.
- Use the Service to harass sellers, post false listings, or commit fraud.
- Reverse-engineer the AI Analysis to build a competing product.
5. Account and email alerts
If you create an account or sign up for alerts:
- You agree to receive transactional emails (alerts you requested, account changes).
- You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- We use Firebase Authentication for sign-in (subject to Google's terms) and Resend for email delivery.
6. AI-generated content
Some content on the site (deal summaries, pros/cons, descriptions) is generated by large language models (LLMs). We do our best to keep it accurate, but AI hallucinations are possible. Report errors to hello@clyverr.com and we will correct them.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for purchase decisions made based on Service data.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and via email to registered users. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
